Discover Spanish Wine (7pm - 9pm)

SUMMARY

One of our personal very favourite nights. 12 delicious Spanish wines, alongside artisan Spanish cheeses and meats. 

Learn about the classic Spanish wines and regions, and food and wine matching, in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It's a great evening.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

We assume a very basic level of experience with wine.

The evening is entertaining and relaxed, but with plenty of information.

EVENT DESCRIPTION

On arrival you will be handed a glass of wine and given the chance to sample some Spanish cheeses and antipasto. 

Then be led through 12+ Spanish wines, along with canapés matched to each flight of wine.

Wines to be tasted include:

• Albariño
• Cava
• Garnacha
• Red and White Rioja
• Tempranillo

Interaction is encouraged and there are always plenty of laughs and mmm's and ahhh's as you taste your way around Spain from the comfort of your wine glass.

FOOD

Cheese boards and antipasto will be provided along with classic examples of food and wine matching, however we do recommend a light meal or snack before the tasting.

VENUE

This event will be held in 'The Vineyard' Tasting Room, Sydney Wine Centre, 119 Harris Street, Pyrmont.
