The extraordinary complexity and longevity of Hunter Valley semillon is well known. Intense lemon and line notes on the nose, with typical wax and lanolin perfume developing. Very concentrated citrus pith and mineral flavours on the palate, complemented by crisp acidity, and a long flavoursome finish. Wonderful now, but it will develop and improve for many years to come.
